JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generating Sales
- Leading a team of store/sales manager(s)/senior supervisor(s)/supervisor(s) in maximizing sales and commercial opportunities
- Focusing on maximizing sales and commercial opportunities in the following areas
- Maximizing the sales return per square foot
- Increasing average basket size and overall transactions of the responsible business unit
- Ensuring the efficiency of the full preparation and implementation of sales promotion activities
- Implementing seasonal changes in accordance with the seasonal guide provided and ensuring merchandise displays present the season highlight with high standards to promote a better shopping experience and increase sales
- Analyzing sales figures and seeking ways to increase sales by identifying areas of strengths and weaknesses guided by commercial numbers and on-floor observation
- Using stock management systems to ensure optimum stock availability and providing solutions to ensure logistic movements of stocks, including consolidation, are carried out efficiently (e.g., WH to store, fitting room stock turnaround time, and receiving stocks turnaround time)
- Fully implementing best practices following the commercial management toolkit to better manage the commercial aspect of the store business
- Leading and motivating the team to achieve daily targets set.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
- At least 3 years of working experience in managing retail stores and subordinates
- Candidate must be willing to work on retail hours and on public holidays
