Chief Financial Officer(Public Listed)

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a prominent, publicly listed construction company in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, ensuring financial stability, and driving strategic growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing financial strategies aligned with company goals.
• Managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Managing financial operations, including treasury, tax, and risk management.
• Building strong relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Leading and developing the finance team.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Certifications: CPA, CFA, or similar professional designation; MIA member.
• Experience: Extensive experience in senior financial management roles, preferably within the construction industry or a similar sector in PLC.
• Skills: Strong analytical, strategic planning, and financial modeling skills.
• CFO must sign financial document declaration to Bursa, or any statutory bodies.
