- To supervise the activities of Shipping and to ensure all orders are received form East Malaysia and others if there is, all are correctly processed in SOA system.
- Ensure to raise order to supplier (PO) accurately and on time.
- To investigate into complaints received and to ensure the reply within 24 hours or up to 3 days (working days).
- Daily to check and ensure the pick list are given to warehouse 5 days in advance for all East Malaysia market for picking purposes.
- To ensure all QA samples are send to Hong Kong Lab on timely manner as per scheduled.
- To ensure all billing invoices process accurately and timely.
- Ensure the EM shipments status report is submitted to relevant depart for their tracking and planning.
- Ensure there are always sufficient permits for sea freight and airfreight .
- Ensure required documents submit to agent on time for shipment custom clearance.
- Ensure courier original documents (permits, VHC, CIPL etc..) to destination on time.
- Deals with the Government authorities (DVS) for new product to ensure the documentation are to apply for permits.
- Liaise with Supply team on documentations required for export shipment for Health documents, Halal cert and any related document.
- Involve with Stock Recovery and Monthly Stock Count- if there is.
- Ensure all emails are attended to promptly.
- To apply for fund reimbursement for permit application once a week.
- Relief to Freight Manager or other shipping staff in their absence.
- To carry out other duties as may assigned by supervisor or Manager.
