- Attending to support and administrative works
- Handling filings, calls, letters and emails
- Handling payments and banking related matter
- Assisting Finance Department's administrative works
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Attending to ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word. knowledge
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attitude, committed and willing to learn new task
- Able to start work immediately is advantageous
