Job Description:

  • Developing and managing sales and marketing tools or materials;
  • Building good rapport with new and existing clients whilst maintaining professional customer relationship;
  • Managing overall resources and client related matters;
  • Reviewing and understanding recruitment needs of the respective client accounts;
  • Work closely with the respective Hiring Managers and Key Stakeholders to planning their recruitment needs;
  • Managing client accounts by offering best rates, intelligence and fulfillment of needs;
  • Ensuring the correct resources and services are delivered to client in timely manner;
  • Serving as the link of communication between the client and internal team;
  • Resolving any issues and problems faced by key client and deal with complaints to maintain trust;
  • Preparing regular reports of progress and forecast using key account metrics;
  • Maintaining strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, preferably in HR related industry.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Have basic Marketing Knowledge - to support BD Marketing Event
  • Require language(s): English
  • Office location: Putrajaya.
