Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive Selangor - Glenmarie, Shah Alam

Responsibilities

• Well-equipped with product knowledge, understanding clients' needs, and proposing solutions to meet their requirements.
• Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales goals.
• Build and maintain good relationships with new, potential, and existing clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets as set by the company.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote products and services.
• Follow up on the entire order process and after-sales service to the clients.
• Provide the necessary customer support service to clients and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

• Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates must possess a minimum of a Diploma in any field. Graduates in Marketing, Commerce, Business, or Library Science are preferable but not mandatory.
• Must be dynamic, independent, results-driven, positive, highly motivated, and ready to take on new challenges.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Adequate computer skills, especially in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Must possess own car with a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia.
