Project Manager Executive (Innovations Team)

Job Overview

The role of the Project Manager Executive is to manage ongoing projects within the Innovations Team. This includes small to medium-sized projects that range from new products and services to new internal ventures for the company. The candidate is expected to understand the basics of project management and be able to manage resources and timelines effectively.

This position is part of the Innovations Team at Fire Fighter Industry, which handles all new digital products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage timelines and resources of projects within the team.
• Work cross-functionally between teams.
• Collaborate closely with the Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) to set goals and objectives.
• Execute and monitor projects, reporting back to the CIO.
• Oversee project budgets in collaboration with the CIO.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of project management or similar roles that involve managing timelines and projects.
• Highly organized, meticulous, and able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to resolve workplace issues.
• Detail-oriented.

About the Job

• Salary Range: RM3.5k - RM6k
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm, with Friday work from home.
• Location: 1A, 10th Mile, Federal Highway, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
