- Provide consultation to potential students and parents and follow-up via phone, walk-in, email, etc.
- Assist students in job placement and industry related activities
- Able to participate/attend in-house or agent marketing activities such as education fairs, workshops, seminars, college open day, etc.
- Ensure proper management of Customer Relationship Management
- Work closely with other departments' to support and resolving students' enrollment and documentation process as needed
- Diploma / Degree in any related field
