Our Client, a leading manufacturer of high-quality tools and equipment, is currently looking for a new Sales Manager. This Sales Manager will manage their key channel partners and develop new accounts for the business.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales efforts for the company's automotive equipment portfolio across Malaysia.
- Formulate, prioritize, and oversee business strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Craft and implement product and sales initiatives aimed at expanding the business within targeted industrial sectors.
- Design and execute marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and boost sales volume.
- Expand market presence by increasing market share and broadening distribution channels and customer networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in industrial sales, particularly within the automotive industry, with a focus on car servicing equipment.
- Proven experience in managing distribution channels and working with resellers/dealers.
- A collaborative team player with a mature and independent work style, capable of thriving under pressure.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English; added advantage if can communicate in Mandarin.
- Willingness to travel as required.
