About Our Client

Our Client, a leading manufacturer of high-quality tools and equipment, is currently looking for a new Sales Manager. This Sales Manager will manage their key channel partners and develop new accounts for the business.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the sales efforts for the company's automotive equipment portfolio across Malaysia.
  2. Formulate, prioritize, and oversee business strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  3. Craft and implement product and sales initiatives aimed at expanding the business within targeted industrial sectors.
  4. Design and execute marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and boost sales volume.
  5. Expand market presence by increasing market share and broadening distribution channels and customer networks.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in industrial sales, particularly within the automotive industry, with a focus on car servicing equipment.
  3. Proven experience in managing distribution channels and working with resellers/dealers.
  4. A collaborative team player with a mature and independent work style, capable of thriving under pressure.
  5. Proficiency in both spoken and written English; added advantage if can communicate in Mandarin.
  6. Willingness to travel as required.
