Manager Real Time Dispatcher

Your Role
Team lead of Kulim Real-Time-Dispatcher (RTD) software engineering team.
- Leading the Kulim RTD software engineering team.
- Developing dispatching and automation use‑cases using the AMAT RTD framework.
- Providing comprehensive support for key digitalization projects for Kulim Frontend, e.g., SAP, TPS @KLM, or OMAHA rollout.
- Collaborating closely with the FE‑wide RTD community and within cross‑functional teams, including Production, Engineering, and Quality.
- Driving high levels of standardization and reuse of solutions & methods in close interaction with other Front End sites.
- Coaching team members in daily work and ensuring training and up‑skilling.
- Ensuring sustaining and continuous improvement of existing solutions.
- Acting as the central interface for other RTD teams at FE sites.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Production Logistics.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Professional experience in coding and programming, with a strong foundation in software development principles and practices.
- Ideally some background or expertise with the AMAT RTD framework.
- Strong interest in data structures and the development of automation solutions in a front‑end (FE) production environment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex material flows on the shop floor.
- Some initial work experience in FE production and related processes, including material handling systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
