Position Overview:

Join our dynamic team at i-Berhad as a Digital Content Strategist and be a part of the exciting developments at i-City.

We're looking for a passionate and experienced content creator who can develop engaging content that resonates with our vibrant community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Ideation: Generate cool and relevant content concepts that resonate with the i-City community and i-Berhad teams.
• Daily Content Creation: Develop compelling web content daily for our platforms, including our SuperApp and website.
• Quality Control: Proofread and ensure all content is free from errors.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with other departments to identify subjects and market areas for creative content.
• Innovation Sessions: Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify new opportunities for innovation.
• Knowledge Sharing: Promote digital content best practices across all internal departments.
• Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and implement digital projects. Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress to completion.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze performance indicators and web traffic to identify areas for content improvement.

What You Need:

• Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience: At least two (2) years of experience in a related field.
• Educational Background: A diploma or degree in Digital Marketing, Linguistics, Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Media, or equivalent disciplines.
• Creative and Analytical Skills: Strong writing and creative thinking skills, with keen attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Analytical skills to interpret performance metrics.
• Proactivity: Willingness to take initiative and responsibility for content execution.
• Tech-Savvy: Willingness to learn and promote the use of Notion for content management.
