Job Description:

Job Scope:

1. Able to handle sub-sales, developer project, discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer and other conveyancing matters.
2. Able to handle and manage all loan documentations for mortgage, SME & corporate loan.
3. Able to draft agreement with minimum supervision and errors. (for juniors, under supervision by a partner)
4. Able to liaise with clients, bankers, developers and various governmental bodies.
5. Able to advise clients in connection with conveyancing matters.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures, timelines, laws and regulations.
7. Other tasks as assigned by the firm from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess Bachelor of Laws, LL.B.(Hons.) and current Practicing Certificate.
2. Preferably minimum five (5) years of practice in conveyancing field. For juniors, minimum one (1) year of practice in the conveyancing field. Fresh graduate is not encouraged to apply.
3. Strong legal research skills.
4. Able to work independently and as a team.
5. Hardworking, responsible and committed to work.
6. Willing to learn, able to handle stress well and to complete tasks within the timeline.
7. Able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
8. Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
