Job Responsibility
- Responsible for daily operation, ensures the quality, standards, and meet the expectations of the customers.
- Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders.
- Check food and beverage supplies.
- Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors and handle customer enquiry with cares
- Adhere to food, health, and safety standards.
- Manpower planning and scheduling of work for outlet staff.
- Work closely and constantly communicate effectively with all relevant departments in HQ for any matters in relation to the smooth running of the outlet operations.
- Obtain PMR/SPM or any certificates.
- Able to speak/write Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Min 2-3 years relevant working experience required.
- Willing to work on shift and long hours when required.
- Able to work on morning and closing shift.
- Able to work over the weekend (Friday- Sunday)
- Working location: Mid Valley, Southkey (Johor Bahru).
- Able to start immediately is preferred.
- Performance based bonus and commission.
- Meal Provided.
- Training provided.
