Job Description:

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting for the business, including management reports, financial account, statutory audit, corporate tax and indirect tax.
2. Monitor the day-to-day financial operations including month end closing and review journals, posting and reconciliations to ensure accordance to accounting standards.
3. Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation and ensure compliance with local statutory and tax requirements as well as company accounting policies.
4. Maintain, formulate and implement accounting and internal control systems, policies and procedures to safeguard assets and operations.
5. Liaise with internal and external auditors, statutory bodies, tax consultants and other consultants for audit/financial and tax matters.
6. Work closely with Management & Industrial team to achieve Group's objectives and participate actively in business growth and expansion.
7. Assist with any other tasks and projects as needed from time to time.

Job requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor in Finance and Accounting / CIMA / ACCA / CPA.
2. Minimum 5 years related experience.
