Sales Executive (Motorcycle Business)

About the Role:
- We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to develop and grow our motorcycle business in Johor and surrounding regions. The candidate will be responsible for driving aggressive growth through new customers.
- Candidates with experience in motorcycle tyres, spare parts, lubricants, batteries, or related automotive products are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Manage and grow existing motorcycle dealer and workshop accounts
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory
- Conduct regular dealer visits to build strong customer relationships
- Promote company products, promotions, and sales programs
- Achieve monthly sales targets and collection KPIs
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and coordinate deliveries
- Ensure timely payment collection from customers
- Work closely with internal teams on stock planning and customer support
- Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records
- Participate in trade events, roadshows, and promotional activities when required
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2 years of sales experience in motorcycle, automotive, tyre, lubricant, battery, or spare parts industry
- Existing network with motorcycle dealers/workshops is an added advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Able to travel frequently within Johor and surrounding areas
- Possess valid driving license and own transport
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting
