  • Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, and resumes.
  • Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, receipts and budget tracking.
  • Maintaining general school office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
  • Purchasing office/school supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of school facilities, and equipment.
  • Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data.
  • Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so.
  • Overview office necessities and ensure adequate management of certain requirements (supplies, repairs, etc).
  • Responsible for managing the assets of the company, including hardware, software, and other IT equipment.
In Leadership Preschool
  • Liaise with groceries providers for food supplies.
  • Purchase food supplies to the school.
  • Work closely with the cook and assistant cook to ensure the food supply is sufficient.
  • Support in assisting new cook and assist to cook in the kitchen to during manpower shortage.
