Global Chemical Compliance Engineer (Evergreen)

As the Chemical Compliance Engineer, you will be responsible for understanding the existing and emerging chemical compliance obligations throughout the Micron network and translating those into requirements for global standards and procedures, in partnership with the site teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring global chemical compliance obligations
• Planning and executing experiments
• Analyzing data
• Working with team members to translate compliance obligations into Micron requirements through specifications or other documentation
• Participating in chemical compliance consortia

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Material Science or Engineering
• Basic knowledge of chemical regulatory requirements
• Experience or interest in environmental, health, safety or sustainability preferredSemiconductor background preferred
• Knowledge of assembly testing preferred
