- Manage the centre's budget, financial performance, and cost-reduction strategies
- Ensure policy compliance, handle financial controls, and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Build partnerships, improve student services, and enhance retention and reputation.
- Develop academic programs, oversee staff, manage budgets, and handle student assessments.
- Develop strategic plans, manage staffing and risks, and support team collaboration and performance. Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
requirements
- Strong business acumen, decision-making, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and change management skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Experienced in managing operations at academic centres is an added advantage.
