QA & Testing Analyst

Job Title: QA & Testing Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
- Identify and report defects and issues found during testing.
- Assist in test data preparation and environment setup.
- Participate in test case reviews and contribute to improving test coverage.
- Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure timely resolution of defects.
Key KPIs/SLAs:
- Timely completion of assigned testing tasks and activities.
- Accuracy and completeness of test case execution and defect reporting.
- Effectiveness of collaboration with development and testing teams.
- Contribution to improving test coverage and quality.
- Continued professional development and growth in testing skills.
Desired Skills, Experience, Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- Some experience in software testing or quality assurance roles.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new testing tools and technologies.
