Job Description - Personal Financial Consultant (Central Region) (210001P6)

Responsibilities

  • Provide “one-stop” banking solutions to our customers.
  • Offer financial advisory, promote, and cross-sell a comprehensive range of financial products and services.
  • Proactively manage and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Provide good after-sales support and conduct sales visits to potential customers within the vicinity.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant policies, regulatory risk, and compliance matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited university/college.
  • Interest in financial planning, investment, and sales.
  • Preferably with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or service.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
  • License and relevant certifications (PCE, CEILI, CUTE, etc.) are an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
