Job Description
- Attend to customer enquiries via call, social media platform, and chat application.
- Tour operation follow up.
- Execution of paperwork (from quotation, reservation, payment follow up to invoicing).
- After sales follow up.
- Onsite visit when necessary.
- Tour research and itinerary setup.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration & Management, or equivalent in a business-related field.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Good follow-up skills and highly attentive to enquiries.
- Comfortable working with computers and mobile phones for long hours.
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, WordPress).
- Willing to travel when necessary.
- Willing to attend to customer enquiries and tour support via phone during weekends or public holidays (when necessary).
