Job Description

• Attend to customer enquiries via call, social media platform, and chat application.
• Tour operation follow up.
• Execution of paperwork (from quotation, reservation, payment follow up to invoicing).
• After sales follow up.
• Onsite visit when necessary.
• Tour research and itinerary setup.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration & Management, or equivalent in a business-related field.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Good follow-up skills and highly attentive to enquiries.
• Comfortable working with computers and mobile phones for long hours.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, WordPress).
• Willing to travel when necessary.
• Willing to attend to customer enquiries and tour support via phone during weekends or public holidays (when necessary).
