Job Responsibility
- Maintain and manage full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Responsible for update the account transactions timely & accurate
- Process and manage claims and petty cash transactions
- Prepare and review balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management
- Minimum SPM level / Diploma in Accounting / Finance / Business or equivalent
- Experience in full set account
- Proficiency in English is required for this role
- Knowledge of Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Able to work independently with minimum supervisory
- Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Willing to commit on 5 days work per week (Monday â Friday)
- Willing to work at 10:30 am â 06:30 pm (8 hours work with 1 hour break included per day)
- Able to work in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (Hybrid)
- Up to RM 3,500 Basic (Based on experience)
- EPF and SOCSO
- 12 days of Annual Leave and 14 days of Medical Leave
- Comfortable work environment
- Facilities: Pantry, Rest & Relax Zone
- Reachable by LRT (Ara Damansara)
- Hybrid work mode (after probation you can WFH for 3 days per week)
