Job Responsibility
- Ensure continual improvement of product development in quality and safety; compatible and beneficial to the manufacturing capabilities; research feasibility in terms of profitability, resource availability and compliance with regulations.
- Plan, design and formulate new products and processes as well as improve existing products and processes.
- Evaluate new raw materials, review and improve the application for new or current raw materials and packaging materials when necessary.
- Monitor and control raw material and production process to ensure compliance with HALAL & MeSTI standards.
- Monitoring internal production system, identifying non-conformance, and providing recommendations for improving to comply with HALAL & MeSTI standards.
- Provide technical assistance pertaining to compliance with HALAL and food safety requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Above average desktop computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Responsible, mature and Independent
- Result and solution oriented
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and follow up skills.
- Able to independently carry task given.
- Self-motivated, possess good personality and communication skills.
- Work well both independently and as part of team and able to work under pressure.
