Job Responsibility
- Customer Service
- Be always in full uniform and well-groomed; always provides great customer service by behaving courteously and professionally.
- Follow proper procedures when assisting customers that has disabilities, requires special care, senior citizens and pregnant women.
- Implementation of GSC PAT Card scripts practice and adherence of GSC House Rules by self/subordinates.
- Able to lead team to enhance customer service level.
- Portray an exemplary track manner for subordinates to follow and to meet customer's expectations.
- Ensure team/self complies to the above and always perform according to company standard operating procedure.
- Premises and Equipment Maintenance
- Coordinate and implement thorough cleaning activity (Front of House, Back of House, Stockrooms and Staff pantry) on a weekly basis. Report to Superior if found severe pest infection.
- Carry out hall sanitisation and cleaning (clearing rubbish, vacuuming and other related to hall cleanliness) after each show.
- Ensure all halls are cleared and cleaned thoroughly at end of the day.
- Ensure there are sufficient staff to perform hall cleaning and sanitization as per schedule and SOP.
- Ensure and maintain all facilities, amenities and equipment are available and in working condition prior to business hours. Report any maintenance issues to superior immediately.
- Ensure cinema premise is clean, organise and free from pest (Lobby, Foyer, Washroom, Hall, Hallways, Social Area, Play+ area, Box Office, e-Kiosk Foyer, Customer Service Room, etc.).
- Perform simple troubleshooting or calibration on faulty equipment / machines. Report to Superior and Vendor if failed to rectify; coordinate and follow-up on repairing works.
- Ensure all checklist, hall cleaning and sanitisation are performed daily with efficient and accuracy by subordinate/self.
- Reporting and Communication
- Attend to staff disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate briefing, meetings and training as required by management.
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent.
- Must be 21 years old and above.
- Relevant Experience & Years of Service
- At least 1 year experience as Crew Leader, Box Office & Floor Hall role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality industry.
- Preferably with experience of cash handling procedures.
- Preferably experience in concession or food service industry.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to learn a variety of job scope.
- Experienced in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Possess high standards of integrity, credibility, and reliability.
- Willing to work on shift including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended period and move quickly.
- Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge
- Good customer service skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills within a team.
- Computer literacy (MS Office suite â Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
