- Develop and strengthen the company’s digital brand presence to enhance overall brand image and reputation.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all online marketing channels.
- Develop and execute online marketing activities, including website content, social media, email campaigns, online advertising and mobile marketing.
- Manage PPC campaigns on Google and social media platforms.
- Formulate and implement online marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify target audiences and develop campaigns that resonate with them.
- Work out promotional campaigns, webinar planning and execution to support sales team.
- Use web analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of online marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights to optimize strategies.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer data and personalize marketing efforts.
- Implement strategies for customer retention and loyalty.
- Prior exposure to any CRM tools
- Experience in B2B related environments
- Familiarity with lead generation or digital customer engagement
- More advanced analytical skill or Google Analytics/power BI exposure
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3-years of experiences in the relevant field, with significant experience leading successful campaigns across multiple markets.
- Proven results in growing brand awareness, lead generation, and sales through digital and social media channels.
- Proficient in Marketing Tools such as Canvas, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Google Ads, demand generation and inbound marketing is a must.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital analytics tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
- Candidate(s) must be willing to work in Perai Area.
