Recruitment Consultant (Sales)

Your role encompasses three primary focus areas: Candidate management

• Identifying and attracting top-tier candidates aligned with client hiring requirements
• Utilizing a variety of sourcing strategies—including job portals, crafting job advertisements, leveraging internal databases, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and headhunting techniques
• Proactively developing and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to efficiently match candidates with open roles
• Coordinating candidate interviews, ensuring they’re well-prepared, and maintaining consistent communication and feedback throughout the process

Business Development

• Proactively uncovering new business leads by monitoring market trends and industry shifts
• Engaging potential and existing clients through multiple outreach channels such as email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and networking events
• Maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships through regular, value-driven interactions
• Gaining a deep understanding of each client’s recruitment challenges and goals
• Offering strategic guidance on talent trends, market salary benchmarks, and candidate availability
• Delivering consistently high service standards to your portfolio of clients
