Requirement
- Plan and oversee the Sales Team and sales of company products.
- Set specific goals for the Branch and Department to achieve targets set by the principle/manufacturer.
- Plan for Product Orders on a monthly basis.
- Propose and organize roadshows, promotional activities, and other equivalent sales activities.
- Arrange and allocate staff to work at the Showroom on Sundays/Public Holidays, Roadshows, and Events.
- Submit weekly reports to Management for review and planning purposes.
- Maintain and build relationships with existing and new customers to increase the customer database.
