RESPONSIBILITIES

-Idea conceptualisation: Collaborate with stakeholders (marketing, branding, product teams) to translate briefs into brand guides, creatives, key visuals, videos and more that meet client’s expectation. -Graphic Design: Creating visual content for various platforms, including social media and motion graphics, promotional materials, billboards and more. -Videography: Assist in shooting Instagram Reels for clients, as well as the occasional shoots for specific projects. -Video Editing: Edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media.

• Image Editing: Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal and meet project requirements._
• Layout and Typography: Work with precision to ensure proper layout, typography, and visual hierarchy in all design projects._
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand visual and

video needs and execute projects that align with marketing objectives. -Project Management: Manage multiple media projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines._ -Chronically Online: Stay updated on design, video, photography, and animation trends to keep projects fresh and engaging. ; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Current enrollment or recent graduation in a relevant field, such as Digital Media, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in video editing and graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro.
• Photography and Videography skills: Familiar with camera equipment and operation
• Strong creativity and artistic skills demonstrated through a portfolio of previous video editing and design projects
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and ability to ensure design accuracy and quality.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
• Enthusiasm for Learning: Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment while taking constructive feedback positively.
