What You Do
- Design, develop, execute, track, analyze, report the performance of marketing campaigns, e commerce & digital including social media reach out, managing the marketing budget;
- Develop strategies and tactical plan to ensure Asia SuSo meet and exceed the financial goals and priorities for all segments; Development of business case & sample management;
- Design, develop marketing strategyby leading Business Excellence team (incl MI)tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers their current and future needs, monitor the competition and develop competitive conversion tactical plans
- Defend and grow market share through marketing plans and programs for each segment with strong collaboration with Sales, InA, Pdt Management etc., take direct ownership of NPIs sales.
- Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs and determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.
- Maintains marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and IDP for employees.
- Take and drive accountability for activities, develop Priorities and Sales Development plans, Own product launches and training of staff etc.
Who You Are
- Management of Sales or Marketing, preferably both in Asia environment
- Experience/exposure to industries @ Automation, Cosmetics, Industrial segments
- Having established a clear leadership role in a commoditized market, design/execution of strategies and tactical plans
- Engineering graduation with PG in Management with more than 10 years in Regional Leadership roles
- Experience in handling e Commerce, digital Marketing and established roll out of programs.
