Job Description:
  • Manage daily operations of the laundry facility, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
  • Implement and monitor operational procedures to optimize productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
  • Utilize your background in maintenance engineering to oversee and coordinate the maintenance of all laundry equipment.
  • Schedule and conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs to minimize equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with external vendors or maintenance teams as necessary to address complex issues.
  • Arrange and manage logistics services, including transportation and delivery of laundry products.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and transportation providers.
  • Oversee staffing levels, including recruitment, training, and scheduling of personnel.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Manage workforce performance, conduct regular evaluations, and address any staffing issues.
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports.
  • Make informed decisions and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; Mandarin speaker is preferable.
  • Previous experience in the laundry industry or a similar sector is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in maintenance engineering.
  • Experience in arranging logistics services and managing manpower in a high-paced environment.
  • Extensive experience in operations management within the laundry or related industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of driving operational success.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

Salary Range:
RM7000 to RM10000
