Machine Operator

Machine Operation and Production

• Receive and review work orders from the Supervisor before commencing production._
• Read and understand job sheets, production specifications, and operational requirements._
• Verify material availability and ensure all required resources are prepared before production starts._
• Set up, operate, and adjust production machines according to quality, quantity, and scheduling requirements._
• Conduct machine setup and produce samples for approval prior to mass production._
• Assist in preparing, checking, and submitting machine setup samples for supervisor approval.

• Monitor machine performance and production output to ensure quality standards are achieved._
• Support the Supervisor in monitoring production schedules and workflow progress._
• Ensure production targets, productivity levels, and quality requirements are consistently met._
• Identify and report production issues, defects, or abnormalities promptly.

• Report machine malfunctions, breakdowns, or maintenance requirements to the Supervisor immediately._
• Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance as assigned._
• Maintain machine cleanliness and ensure proper housekeeping within the production area._
• Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines at all times.

• Maintain accurate production records when required._
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth production operations._
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time._

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent._
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, or printing operations is an advantage._
• Fresh candidates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to understand job sheets, production instructions, and machine operating procedures._
• Basic knowledge of machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting._
• Experience operating production or printing machinery is an added advantage.
