Job description
- Understanding the products and applications adopted by the firm
- Designing and delivering innovative solutions based on clients' business requirements and colleagues' needs
- Configuring and testing solutions/workflow in the client database for various modules
- Assisting customers and colleagues in testing phases prior to go-live and providing go-live support
- Exploring new applications, testing, and implementing them firm-wide
- Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for resolution on complex designs and solutions
- Leading training sessions and creating custom training agendas
- Leading meetings and driving issues to resolution
Experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and enjoys coming up with innovative solutions
- Critical thinking and out-of-the-box solution approach
- Self-motivated, proactive, outspoken, and able/willing to work independently with minimal supervision
- Team player and good at coordinating with colleagues and/or product vendors in a professional, effective, and efficient manner
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional service team of an accounting firm/IT consulting firm is an advantage
- Knowledge in the following functions is an added advantage: Financial Transactions, General Ledger, Financial Accounting, Risk Management, Cash Management & Forecasting, Connectivity, Payments, FX Exposure Management, and ERP Integrations, Financial Transactions, General Ledger, Financial Accounting, Hedge Accounting, ERP Integrations & Risk Management
- Previous experience with implementing FinTech, SaaS, ERP, or Financial Systems is an advantage
