Products Design & Implementation Specialist

Job description

1. Understanding the products and applications adopted by the firm
2. Designing and delivering innovative solutions based on clients' business requirements and colleagues' needs
3. Configuring and testing solutions/workflow in the client database for various modules
4. Assisting customers and colleagues in testing phases prior to go-live and providing go-live support
5. Exploring new applications, testing, and implementing them firm-wide
6. Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for resolution on complex designs and solutions
7. Leading training sessions and creating custom training agendas
8. Leading meetings and driving issues to resolution

1. Excellent problem-solving skills and enjoys coming up with innovative solutions
2. Critical thinking and out-of-the-box solution approach
3. Self-motivated, proactive, outspoken, and able/willing to work independently with minimal supervision
4. Team player and good at coordinating with colleagues and/or product vendors in a professional, effective, and efficient manner
5. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
6. Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional service team of an accounting firm/IT consulting firm is an advantage
7. Knowledge in the following functions is an added advantage: Financial Transactions, General Ledger, Financial Accounting, Risk Management, Cash Management & Forecasting, Connectivity, Payments, FX Exposure Management, and ERP Integrations, Financial Transactions, General Ledger, Financial Accounting, Hedge Accounting, ERP Integrations & Risk Management
8. Previous experience with implementing FinTech, SaaS, ERP, or Financial Systems is an advantage
