Job Description

Role Overview:

Working with a dynamic team of Research & Development and Production, your role as QC Engineer representative in R&D team whom responsible for monitor and improve the quality of the manufacturing process and product outputs.

You will be required to work closely with fellow engineers and production team from inspecting materials, equipment/tools, manufacturing process, and products testing; as well as auxiliary systems to support the overall architecture of various products; and will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process, ensure compliance to quality standard, developing quality control system, and determining corrective actions.

Job Requirements

➧Coordinate with production to ensure the product to meet quality standard and delivery on time.

➧As part of an engineering team, implementing and executing quality standards and quality control system.

➧Developing method to inspect, test and evaluate, corrective actions, solutions and improvements.

➧Inspecting incoming production materials, manufacturing order form, process report (route card), product test report to ensure quality specification are met.

➧Performing quality control checks and functional test of manufactured products, troubleshooting for defects or other problems found on product and production.

➧Ensure each and every product going through pressure test and record with photo of the pressure test result.

➧Perform final inspection of product before packing with process report (route card) and photo taking of all major components for record.

➧Assist on site T&C, troubleshooting and perform other duties as required

➧Degree in Mechanical/ HVAC/ Mechatronics/ Electrical/ Chemical Engineering or equivalent.

➧2-3 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance or similar role

➧Team player, able to work under stress, good in technical knowledge, creative, good communication and organization skills

➧Innovative thinkers with a strong sense of ownership

➧Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

➧Able to understand and interpret assemble drawing and work instruction, familiar with production tools.

➧Highly analytical mind, with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
