Job Responsibility
- Ensure all delivery is on schedule.
- Ensure all the documentation related to loads are checked.
- Ensure all receiving goods is proper documented and checked.
- Responsible for loading and unloading of goods for daily operations.
- Prepare and manage day to day delivery arrangement and ensure effective and timely established. -
- Support ad-hoc transport arrangement from time to time.
- Required to work overtime to support delivery, if necessary.
- Required to deliver goods to customer, if urgent arrangement.
- Undertake special assignment, perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned to from time to time.
- Manage and receive incoming stock.
- Picking and packing of orders.
- Track and ensure order fulfilment accuracy. - Communicate with effectively with store team. - Loading and unloading goods to correct destination. - Ensure that the warehouse store is kept clean and organized. - Ensure goods arrangement well in rack daily. - Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Head of Department.
- GDL License needed
- Experience in warehousing / logistics management and able to drive forklift would be advantage.
- Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English Language (spoken & written).
- Prior experience in trading, would be advantage.
- Strong sense of responsibility, hardworking, integrity and willing to learn.
- Possess positive attitude, good working attitude and good teamwork.
- Able to start working immediately.
