Responsibilities:

  • Optimize media campaigns based on clients' buying metrics delivered post buys.
  • Utilize TV ratings trends and Reach/GRP curve analysis to forecast future ratings and apply these learnings in TV implementation and optimization.
  • Understand local sentiments such as seasonality and content type for accurate forecasting.
  • Engage actively with media owners to manage current TV scenarios impacting our campaigns.
  • Use media information to hold discussions with media owners and clients.
  • Understand the role of alternative marketing and media options within the overall marketing mix.
  • Display knowledge of news circulation channels for effective information dissemination.
  • Reconcile with media owners on bookings and billings.
  • Ensure quality control in bookings and accuracy before sending out.
  • Ensure media bookings and invoices tally for efficient finance invoicing.
  • Check print quality on tear-sheets, broadcast logs, and digital invoice matching.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business/Finance/Data Analytics/Statistics.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Dedication to clients and team colleagues.
  • Ability to deliver under pressure and manage timelines and production.
  • Meticulous and structured approach.
  • Curious character, proactive, and believes in asking questions to get ahead.
