Position Title

Senior Officer, Data Maintenance

Reports To

Assistant Manager, Maintenance Operations Centre

Role Purpose

To administer and manage overall administration, correspondence and Technical data for reporting for all maintenance operations sections to support engineering decision making, effective maintenance and efficient planning. .

Key Accountability

• To capture and update relevant data from Aircraft Journey Log (Flight Log) and maintain, update and clean the Delay database in AMOS (Delay Reason and Interruption Code) into AMOS and upkeep the cleanliness of data.
• To effect data entry for all Maintenance Control KPI performance reporting, EVS and other reporting as necessary.
• To assist and upkeep the Engineering Procedure Manual (EPM) as required for MOC and Audit requirement.
• To perform technical and administrative reporting functions to support Senior Executive Engineer, Technical Executive, Duty Manager and Head of MOC.
• To support Duty Operation Officer in daily ops if required by Head of MOC.
• To dispatch advance telex advice to enroute stations and department as necessary

Qualifications & Working Experience

• Diploma in Any Field related to Engineering with 2 years working experience in Line Maintenance / LMK / MOC / Technical Services / Quality Assurance / or in a related operations environment.

Skill & Knowledge

• Has technical knowledge and skills with knowledgeable in aircraft operations.
• Knowledgeable in AMOS system with visionary in problem solving
• Dedicated and focused with knowledge in use of pc/ Microsoft office suite
• Knowledgeable in both Part M and Part 145 with sufficient experience in Maintenance Operations, Planning and Engineering processes.
