Job Responsibility
- Prospecting for New Business: Identifying and attracting new clients, generating leads, and developing a sales pipeline.
- Client Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and carrier contacts.
- Selling Freight Solutions: Designing strategies to sell the companyâs services, which may include cold-calling, telesales, and face-to-face client visits.
- Negotiating and Closing Deals: Quoting pricing, negotiating lanes directly with customers, and managing portfolios to maximize profitability.
- Customer Service: Providing end-to-end shipment cycle communication, supporting clients with complaints, and ensuring optimal service delivery.
- Account Management: Managing daily operations to ensure optimal service delivery to customers.
- Minimun SPM leval
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is often preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation industry, is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated track record of success in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Negotiation skills to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Problem-solving skills to address client inquiries, concerns, and issues effectively.
- Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Thorough understanding of the freight forwarding and logistics industry, including shipping regulations, transportation modes, and supply chain management.
- Knowledge of international trade practices, customs regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Familiarity with market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Understanding of sales principles and techniques, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing strategies.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client meetings and networking events.
- Working - Monday to Friday (9:00am-5:30pm)
- Lunch Hour : 12:30 - 2:00pm
