As a Technical Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our products and services. You will work closely with our technical manager to troubleshoot issues, resolve customer concerns, and deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, either remotely or on-site, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients.
- Collaborate with the senior technical team to resolve complex issues and escalate cases when necessary.
- Document technical solutions and create knowledge base articles to assist both customers and internal teams.
- Assist in the testing and implementation of software updates and new product features.
- Provide training and technical guidance to clients as needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services by providing valuable feedback from customer interactions.
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a technical support role or similar position is preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
