DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.       To handle inbound customer inquiries via call, email, and other communication channel

2.       Prepare Invoice and organize or maintain records of account receivables.

3.       Compiling data from invoices for accounting purposes.

4.       Key-in sales data by electronically using a computer system.

5.       Assist in account reconciliation.

6.       Assist to preparing reports on accounts receivable balances, collections activity, and customer payment history.

7.       Communicate with customer and sales team on order related matters.

8.       Work hand-in-hand with other department on invoicing matters.

9.       Perform any other related tasks as and when required.

WORK REQUIREMENTS

1.       Required minimum SPM or equivalents.

2.       Experience in Food Manufacturing would be an advantage. Fresh graduates also are encouraged to apply.

3.       Able to communicate in Malay and English. Mandarin speaking will be an additional advantage.

4.       Highly self-motivated, positive, and outgoing personality

5.       Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

6.       Willing to learn and take up new challenges

7.       Applicants must be willing to work in Pulau Indah.
