Job Description

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR & Admin functions including payroll, administration, training & development, and other HR-related support.
  • Maintain payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
  • Adhere to payroll policies and procedures and comply with relevant laws.
  • Engage in the full cycle of the training process, such as mapping out annual training plans, designing and developing training materials, and evaluating training programs.
  • Monthly reporting on training-related information, which includes the reporting of employee accreditation numbers.
  • Consolidate and prepare monthly HR Reports for management review.
  • Handle employee-related issues such as disciplinary processes, misconduct investigations, and grievance processes.
  • Update and maintain accurate personnel reports and proper filing systems.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties or assignments as assigned by the Superior.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in HR or a related field is required for this position.
  • Able to work under pressure and perform independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be an additional advantage.
  • A good team player with strong planning, organizing, and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian Labor Laws and current HR practices.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
