Customer Service Supervisor (Call Center/MNC/No Telesales)

Our client, a US-based logistics company and market leader in providing global supply chain solutions, is urgently seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join their growing team in Hong Kong.

Job Description

  • Lead a 24-hour hotline team to achieve high performance standards.
  • Deliver consistent and best-in-class customer service to customers through effective management of day-to-day contact center operations.
  • Provide support for revenue generation programs or system enhancement initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth team operations and initiate improvements to enhance customer service for both internal and external customers.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma with at least 5 years of related experience in the service industry, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with at least 2 years of solid supervisory experience in customer service.
  • Experience in cross-selling and telemarketing programs is a plus.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented, independent, and self-motivated.
