Job Description

  • Handling full set of accounts (Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger and Inventory) on day-to-day functions
  • Verify invoices and other accounting documents
  • To monitor expenses and expense forecasting
  • Assist in general accounting activities (month-end closing and reporting)
  • Deal with the bank and liaise with other departments/vendors.
  • Monitor cash flow in the company.
  • Assist in financial statements, tax returns and other are complying with governmental and regulatory authority requirements
  • Assist and provide administrative support to the director
Handling Human Resource/admin related operation: -
  • Maintain updated and precise attendance records.
  • To post/announce HR relevant letter/ memo.
  • Office maintenance (ad hoc basis)
  • Assist in annual events setting (upon request)

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient in Malaysia accounting-related subjects and with government law and regulations.
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience
  • Candidates that able to start IMMEDIATELY will be highly preferred
  • Good knowledge of SQL accounting software; Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Good in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
  • Good in documentation and filing.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess positive attitude, fast learner, meticulous, responsible and reliable.
  • Customer service skills.
