Job Description
- Handling full set of accounts (Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger and Inventory) on day-to-day functions
- Verify invoices and other accounting documents
- To monitor expenses and expense forecasting
- Assist in general accounting activities (month-end closing and reporting)
- Deal with the bank and liaise with other departments/vendors.
- Monitor cash flow in the company.
- Assist in financial statements, tax returns and other are complying with governmental and regulatory authority requirements
- Assist and provide administrative support to the director
- Maintain updated and precise attendance records.
- To post/announce HR relevant letter/ memo.
- Office maintenance (ad hoc basis)
- Assist in annual events setting (upon request)
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in Malaysia accounting-related subjects and with government law and regulations.
- Good analytical and communication skills
- At least 2-3 years of working experience
- Candidates that able to start IMMEDIATELY will be highly preferred
- Good knowledge of SQL accounting software; Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Good in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
- Good in documentation and filing.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess positive attitude, fast learner, meticulous, responsible and reliable.
- Customer service skills.
