We are hiring a talented Back-end App Support (Python) professional to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for backend systems, ensuring high availability, stability, and timely issue resolution .
- Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve backend issues in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders in developing features and new products.
- Develop solutions according to specified business requirements.
- Define and write technical specifications, including the appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards.
- Demonstrate and present implementations to team leaders, heads, and the CTO.
- Implement Unit and Integration Tests .
- Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, and extensibility .
- Participate in code reviews, identifying anti‐patterns and refactoring opportunities.
- Perform other duties as deemed necessary by their superior from time to time.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- BSc in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Python for backend troubleshooting and support.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases .
- Solid understanding of software and application architecture , especially microservices and service-oriented architecture (SOA) .
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD processes .
- Understanding of web security standards and best practices .
Good-to-Have:
- Knowledge of PHP .
- Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Kafka , or similar messaging systems.
- Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm).
- Experience implementing Unit and Integration Tests .
- A technical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
