Short Video Team Lead (Creative Content - TikTok, Meta and Google)

Job Overview: We are a fast-growing social media advertising company specializing in paid media on Meta, TikTok, and Google. We help clients acquire high-quality leads in Western markets (US / UK / EU) and improve private-traffic conversion and sales performance. We are hiring a Short Video Team Lead to join our Creative Team. This role focuses on building high-CTR and high-CVR short-form ad creatives, working closely with scriptwriters, designers, and editors to produce scalable, performance-driven advertising materials. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall creative output, overseeing scriptwriting, editing, and design workflows, ensuring compliance with TikTok / Meta / Google advertising standards.
• Manage and coach the creative production team to improve creative capacity, execution efficiency, and ad performance.
• Review ad performance based on media buyer feedback and advertising data, and optimize creative direction accordingly.
• Establish and maintain internal Creative SOPs (Script → Editing → Review → Launch).
• Collaborate with media buyers to analyze high-performing creatives and extract repeatable winning structures.
• Develop and implement creative KPIs, including output volume, approval rate, ad performance metrics, and iteration efficiency.

• Experience in short-form video advertising production is preferred; candidates from media buying or advertising agencies are an advantage.
• Proven experience managing creative teams (scriptwriters, editors, designers).
• Strong understanding of ad script structures (hook, pain points, comparison, demonstration, CTA).
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify creative issues and propose optimization strategies.
