Job Description
The HR & Admin Officer shall be responsible for but not limited to:
- Responsible for monthly payroll functions that includes preparation & processing monthly payroll.
- Maintain employee payroll information by entering and updating relevant data which includes new joiners, resignations, transfers, increments, promotions, etc.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, records, and documentation.
- Keep track of staff confirmation, and monitor staff contract expiry renewals and other employment-related due dates.
- Assist in the performance appraisal cycle.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity for teamwork as well as working individually.
- Resourceful, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
