Shipping Executive

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for overseeing the collection of imports via airfreight, sea freight, and courier shipments, including customs clearance, duty, and tax exemption, as well as delivery to Tamco.

• Preparation of export documents and submission to COO, Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Foreign Embassy as per LC requirements.

• Organizing invoices for submission to the Finance department for payment.

• Handling custom reporting and renewal for MIDA Duty Exemption/Sales Tax.

• Performing any tasks or duties assigned by the reporting supervisor.

• Follow and Comply to any procedures and measures as required by the Company's Safety & Health Policy and Requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Logistics department.

• Proficiency in SAP.

• Experience in a fast-paced working environment.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to present data for review (Excel/PowerPoint).

• Experience in interacting with Government bodies such as Customs, MIDA, and MITI.
