Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Consultant role at uParcel Malaysia - Same Day Delivery. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing sales consulting services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role involves a hybrid work arrangement, with the majority of work performed in our Subang Jaya location and some remote work allowed.

Qualifications

• Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in the logistics or delivery industry is a plus
• Prior experience in sales or customer service roles
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
