Job Responsibility
- Lead team to build and maintain good rapport and communicate with clients through phone, email correspondence and business meet ups.
- Lead team by Identifying new opportunities to grow a clientâs business
- Lead and participate with the team in brainstorming presentation campaign ideas, project progress reports and performance reports or any other ad-hoc requests from clients in pursuit of enhancing client satisfaction with the company's products and services.
- Work closely with all relevant departments in understanding and communicating effectively on clientsâ needs in devising a campaign that meets the clientâs brief and budget.
- Manage all digital marketing channels. Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising and display ads.
- Plan, create marketing & multimedia content and drive qualified online traffic and engagement by using effective techniques
- Strategic planning, budgeting, and operation of social media platforms
- Execute, track, and assess the effectiveness of performance marketing campaigns and gain insight
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about new trends in digital marketing and evaluate new marketing techniques to drive sales performance and increase brand awareness
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative departments in developing marketing plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities
- Plan and execute all web, SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Marketingor related field
- At least 4-5years relevant experience in digital marketing (social media/Google paid ads SEO experience also can)
- Ability to meet deadlines and outstanding time management skill.
- Good track record in develop and implement campaign data mart, campaign tracking, and data acquisition
- SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Location Near Subang LRT & KTM (SS16)
