We are seeking a highly self-motivated Ecommerce Executive to join our team. Though applicants with ecommerce experience will be preferred, fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Job Responsibilities:

• Learn about conversion rate optimization and come up with strategies to optimize several of our websites, and continually manage it.
• Learn about email/SMS marketing and strategically increase our revenue through these channels, and continually manage it.
• Work with different team members to execute the strategies, review team member's work output, and constantly optimize from the results.
• Build product landing pages promptly when being assigned (guidance will be provided).
• Manual but minimal order fulfillment.
• Inventory forecast and management.
• Communicate with suppliers for inventory & sample purchases.
• Assist in customer service team to provide support when needed.
• Communicate with customer service and identify ways to improve customer experience.
• Participate in the decision-making process across departments.
• Constantly identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements for customer experience and customer journey.
• Perform research tasks when assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Able to speak Mandarin to communicate with suppliers overseas.
• Passionate and quick in learning new knowledge.
• Able to conduct research proficiently.
