Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our product range and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
• Support Sales Goals: Contribute to achieving store sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products.
• Maintain Store Appearance: Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked. Assist in visual merchandising to enhance product displays.
• Process Transactions: Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive work environment.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience or knowledge of mother and baby products is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
